    tenure kind

    https://opda.org.uk/pdtf/tenureKindTurtle ↓

The tenure classification of a LegalEstate (freehold, leasehold, or commonhold) drawn from the TenureKind scheme: a coded facet, not a subclass, since tenure change is a value change rather than a re-typing.

Tenure classification per opda:TenureKindScheme — Substance Kind label (Freehold / Leasehold / Commonhold), a coded facet on opda:LegalEstate enforced by SHACL sh:in. Per the ODR-0011 §8a load-bearing cascade (Council session-036), tenure is +R but −I (no distinct identity criterion; tenure-change is a value change, not a re-typing) → classification, NOT a subclass: opda does NOT mint Freehold/Leasehold/Commonhold OWL sub-classes, and no skos:exactMatch-to-subclass is emitted (the §8a subclass binding applies only to load-bearing +I labels).
