Development
SPDTF is the first Smart Property Data Trust Framework scheme draft being written collaboratively across industry and with stakeholders. Its domain-led, evidence-up process makes meaning reviewable. It is in development, not yet an adopted standard or approved model.
Development status
Human working groups own domain meaning. Governance controls later promotion. AI can extract, compare and draft, but it receives no standards authority. A machine validation result proves only the encoded checks, not semantic agreement.
Priority workstream: Property Pack ontology
The Property Pack ontology candidate is an accelerated component of SPDTF. The Technical Working Group must make an initial determination by the end of September 2026; later domain review and controlled change remain separate. It is machine-generated, non-normative and not yet determined.
Semantic modelling
This journey starts with business questions and keeps semantic meaning distinct from validation, projections, implementation and governance. Each page uses the same authority contract and links the next reviewable step.
Semantic modelling
Understand shared meaning, explore the model, contribute expertise and apply the context-first method.

Glossary, dictionary, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, resources and relationships.
Open page ExploreBounded contexts and common boundary
Keep local precision while making cross-context exchange explicit.
Open page ExploreThe decisions behind the method
Trace the selected source ODRs, relevant OPDA ADRs and the boundary between a requirement and implementation evidence.
Open page ExploreStandards, vocabularies and frameworks
Targets, candidates and references with bounded conformance and status claims.
Open page ExploreQualified term mappings
Establish identity compatibility, choose the right correspondence and retain its SSSOM/SEMAPV evidence record.
Open page ExploreCandidate register
See whether a context-owned candidate, accountable owner and immutable diff actually exist.
Open page ExploreOpen questions and changes
Reach each group’s competency questions without needing RDF vocabulary.
Open page ExploreOutputs and validation evidence
Follow the versioned package manifest and keep projections subordinate to meaning.
Open page ExploreMeaning, checks and delivery
Distinguish semantic commitments, applicability hints, constraints, materialisation and delivery views.

Decision rights, status, lifecycle and promotion records live in one authority tree.
