PDTF schema
The PDTF schema is a third-party input to SPDTF: the existing Digital Property Pack JSON Schema package. Its data dictionary, business glossary, overlays and implementation material explain that schema-led exchange contract. A separate draft ontology was later derived from those sources and is retained as evidence for SPDTF.
Read the status carefully
The PDTF schema was not an OPDA-endorsed scheme. Its technical publication does not confer scheme authority, and it does not grant inherited authority to supporting or derived artefacts. Each ontology, model, mapping, pilot and implementation record retains the status shown on its own page.

From schema to scheme
Existing dictionaries, glossary entries, documentation, schemas and mappings are attributed inputs to the first collaboratively authored SPDTF scheme draft. The PDTF schema can inform compatibility, constraints, coverage and migration; the schema-derived ontology can inform semantic review. Neither source determines new domain identities or relationships merely because it encoded them previously.
Read the SPDTF development method or trace how evidence and mappings are qualified.
Route and identifier boundary
Reader documentation now follows the /development/inputs/pdtf-schema/** hierarchy. Earlier
documentation routes are removed without redirects. The separate /pdtf/**
RDF identifier namespace remains unchanged because those values identify resources in
the schema-derived ontology rather than pages in the reader hierarchy.
