Technical Working Group determination

The Technical Working Group must review the current Property Pack ontology candidate as-is and make an initial determination by the end of September 2026. This accelerated review allows the component to support time-critical government-scheme work before every domain working group has completed a separate review.

    Determination pending

No Technical Working Group determination is recorded. Technical validation of 0.1.0-draft is evidence for the review; it is not semantic approval, release, adoption or external recognition of OPDA.

    Review questions

    1. Does the candidate cover the Property Pack definition needed for the September milestone?
    2. Are the proposed identities, definitions, contextual boundaries and relationships fit for the initial determination?
    3. Which qualifications or changes are required before the determined version can be recorded?
    4. Which issues may safely proceed to later domain-group review, and which block the initial determination?
    5. What use, if any, is authorised after determination, and what claims remain prohibited?

    Decision record requirements

Before the site may say “determined”, Governance must record the group’s canonical identity, delegated remit, decision owner, quorum or decision rule, evidence set, allowed outcome, qualifications, dissent, escalation path, date and immutable candidate digest. Those fields are not yet complete, so this page makes no decision claim.
