Vouch → Agent attestation join. A facet borne by evidence playing the vouch role (opda:evidenceType 'Vouch'); mirror of prov:wasAttributedTo for vouch-specific use. The voucher's role (e.g. opda:VoucherRole) is captured via prov:qualifiedAttribution → prov:Attribution → prov:hadRole per S009 Q2 qualified-form discipline.
