    The agent that performs a verification activity, attributed to it via a qualified PROV-O attribution carrying its role.

    The agent (organisation or person) that performs a verification, attributed via the qualified form prov:qualifiedAttribution -> prov:Attribution with prov:hadRole (ODR-0009 §Q1) — not the binary prov:wasAttributedTo/wasAssociatedWith shortcuts, so validation_method/verification_method are not discarded. A verifier organisation is a prov:Organization; a human voucher a prov:Person.
