A variant-conditional specialisation of a DPV mapping record: overrides the baseline lawful basis for a Kind when its variant predicate takes a specific value.
A variant-conditional specialisation of a DPVMappingRecord: applies when a Kind's variant predicate takes a specific value (opda:variantPredicate/opda:variantValue), overriding the baseline lawful basis with its own (opda:lawfulBasis). Per ODR-0018 §3a's mapping-table pattern.
