opda:MonetaryAmount A monetary amount as a value structure: a magnitude (opda:amount, xsd:decimal) in a currency (opda:currency, an opda:CurrencyScheme ISO-4217 concept). UFO: a quality value / abstract value structure — NOT an endurant with independent existence and NOT a Quality of any bearer. IC (by-value): two opda:MonetaryAmount nodes denote the same amount iff equal magnitude AND equal currency. Reused as the rdfs:range across the distinct per-economic-kind monetary properties (annualGroundRent / annualServiceCharge / rent / holdingDeposit / securityDeposit / fees / estimatedPrice / soldPrice / listPrice / …), each bound to its OWN bearer — reuse the value type, NEVER the bearer (session-028 Q3 / ODR-0024 R3, Guizzardi-required).
