Quality and security

These cross-cutting records describe quality measurement and security controls. They are draft framework material with their own evidence and gates, not a claim that every participant or release has already been assessed.

Related, but independently evidenced

Quality asks whether data is fit for its stated purpose. Security asks whether identities, keys, signatures, revocation and audit controls protect exchange. Both contribute to assurance, but passing one does not prove the other.
