Property records come from sources with different coverage and update cycles. People need to understand what a record describes, where it came from and how it can be used.
Matching two records to an address does not automatically establish that they describe the same thing.
At the Open Property Data Association (OPDA), our working groups need professional experience to help make these distinctions clear. Bring examples that make provenance, quality and limitations easier for other organisations to understand.
